Amore's Pizza & Restaurant: Authentic Mexican & Italian Flavors in Colonia, NJ

I am a frequent customer at Amore's Pizza, I have been visiting this location for lunch for 4 years and i have seen 2 different management to this place. Now this new management with Vi and the other cooks they have transformed the experience of having Mexican and italian food. The atmosphere here is very good everytime i come here they treat me very well , they bring my food to the table , they love talking to me i get treated very nice in here. The best part is the food ofcourse i love having their mexican dish , from chicken quesadillas to burritos and tacos they are all amazing and delicious and done with care. This time i was here i tried their bacon brunch burger wich was so delicious.if you are looking for a quick delioucious meal Amores pizza is thee spot for you!

Amore's is an exceptional place to enjoy any dish with absolute confidence. It offers excellent service, seasoning, and a super-pleasant atmosphere, with a friendly and attentive team. I had the pleasure of tasting flautas, which were delicious and arrived quickly. The overall presentation of the dish was beautiful. I highly recommend everything.

We recently hosted my father-in-law’s retirement party at Amores Restaurant, and the experience was truly five-star—flawless from the initial booking to the final toast.This place truly exceeded our expectations. The food was phenomenal, everyone raved about the appetizer dishes, salad and bread sticks entrees and dessert! The real stars of the night were our exceptional hosts, Vida and Pedro. From our first planning meeting, they made everything easy. Pedro made sure our dishes tasted amazing! While Vida managed the flow of the actual event with an astonishing combination of grace, warmth, and efficiency. She anticipated every single need before we even had to ask—from timing the courses perfectly to making sure every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. Her energy is incredible, and she truly made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. They were a brilliant, supportive team that eliminated all the stress of hosting. If you are planning a significant celebration—a retirement, a wedding rehearsal, or a milestone birthday—we cannot recommend this venue highly enough. Just ask for Vida and Pedro; they don't just host an event, they curate an unforgettable memory. We are so grateful for their hard work!

I absolutely love this place! I’m a regular customer, usually here on Tuesdays and Thursdays for lunch, and sometimes for dinner with my spouse and family. The staff always remembers exactly how I like my meals cooked and never fails to make us feel welcome. I always look forward to hearing the chef’s specials & they never disappoint! The service is consistently friendly, attentive, and top-notch every single time. Truly one of our favorite spots!

I’ve ordered their pasta, wings, pizza, and even their tacos. Truthfully nothing compares to the pizza they serve here and actually having good quality Mexican food nearby is a plus! The owners are very kind and make you feel welcomed as soon as you step inside, there’s even a dining room to sit and eat! If you haven’t tried this place you should definitely check it out.
